Agency software has spent twenty years getting better at recording what already happened. Bookings entered after they were agreed. Deals filed after they were signed. Rosters kept current by somebody remembering to keep them current. None of it helps with the thing that actually decides whether an agency is good: who you sign, and whether you got to them first.

So we built the scouting desk first and the rest of the agency around it. Doyen looks for new faces continuously, checks who represents them, works out how you would reach them, and puts a short reviewable set in front of your team. What you say yes to becomes a profile; that profile carries its own bookings, deals and documents from then on.

The word we use for this is agentic, and we mean it literally: software that goes and does the work, shows you what it did and what it proposes to do next, and stops at every point where a person should be deciding. Your team makes the decisions. Doyen finds who’s next.
